Please note, in observance of Thanksgiving, our customer service and warehouse will be closed on November 28th, 2024. Orders & returns will be processed on the following business day. Due to the promotional period, orders may experience processing delays of up to 10 business days & returns may experience processing delays of up to 20 business days.

Orders $40 and Over (Excluding Taxes)
FREE ground shipping within the contiguous United States. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, a flat fee of $10 for ground shipping will apply (excluding Sheet Mask Club orders).
Orders Less Than $40
For orders within the contiguous United States, a ground shipping rate of $8.95 will apply. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, a ground shipping rate of $18.95 will apply.
UPS Ground Shipping Estimated Transit Time
All our packages ship from our warehouse located in Southern California. Please note, transit days are based on the ship date and delivery zip code.
innisfree USA ships to all 50 states (including Alaska and Hawaii). innisfree USA cannot ship to US territories, PMB, APO, FPO or PO Boxes.
Please note, once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the custody of UPS. If you have any issues with tracking, delivery, or delays please contact UPS customer service.
If a freight forwarding service is used to ship items internationally, innisfree USA is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to products after they have been delivered to the freight forwarding address in the U.S. innisfree USA will not provide an exchange, replacement or a refund for any shipment taken outside of the U.S. by using a freight forwarding service.
BUSINESS DAYS & HOLIDAYS
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States (ie. if an order is placed on a Friday after 10am EST it won't be processed until Monday morning). Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays:

TRACKING ORDERS
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The shipment confirmation e-mail will contain all shipment details and your tracking number. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. To track an order on innisfree.com, visit "My Account." You will need to sign in to access your account information.
