Orders $50 and over always ship for free without an offer code. For shipments totaling less than $50, there is a delivery charge of $7.95 for ground shipping. Please allow up to 4 business days processing time, depending on when you place your order.
innisfree USA ships to all 50 states (including Alaska and Hawaii). innisfree USA cannot ship to US territories, PMB, APO, FPO or PO Boxes.
Please note, once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the custody of UPS. If you have any issues with tracking, delivery, or delays please contact UPS customer service.
BUSINESS DAYS & HOLIDAYS
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States (ie. if an order is placed on a Friday after 10am EST it won't be processed until Monday morning). Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays:
