Gently outilne your eyebrow by following its natural shape, extending the arch as needed. Next, fill in sparse areas to define the brows.
Tip: Use lighter strokes for lighter hair colors. Apply more pressure for darker hair colors. Gently brush the brows using the spoolie to naturally blend out and fluff!
